This Refund & Return Policy is to be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms mentioned below.
When Returns Are Accepted
Returns are accepted only in the following cases with Unboxing Video Mandatory:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Product received is defective
- Wrong product delivered (error from our side)
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
No return or refund requests will be accepted after this period.
Terms & Conditions for Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return with Unboxing Video Mandatory:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Product must be in the same condition as received
- Handmade items must not show signs of use, fragrance testing, burning, or alteration
Failure to meet these conditions will result in rejection of the return request.
What Is Refundable & Non-Returnable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or made-to-order crochet products
- Boutique-stitched or altered clothing
- Sale or discounted items
- Handmade scented candles (unless damaged in transit)
- Items purchased during special promotions
Refundable Items (Unboxing Video Mandatory)
- Only products approved after inspection due to damage or defect
- Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the condition of the product
Refund decisions made by Knit & Vogue / Pure Aura Enterprise shall be final and binding.
Return & Refund Process

- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Images of original packaging
- After review, return approval will be communicated in writing
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Return shipping address will be shared only after approval.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
- In rare cases of proven transit damage or wrong delivery, we may offer store credit at our discretion
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Refund Timeline & Mode
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- No cash refunds are provided
Dispute Handling
We reserve the right to:
- Reject unreasonable, false, or repetitive claims
- Take appropriate action against misuse of policies
- Refuse service in cases of policy abuse
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only, governed by Indian law.
